Holy crap, I am suprised to see someone who lives remotely close to me. You live in the town next to me.

Indeed, chicago is one of the most difficult cities EVER to estimate time to destination. sometimes it takes me 2 hours to get from north side (nooorthhh siiiiiiayed) to clark and belmont-others it takes 10 minutes. also, ever notice the randm times the el will be filled up? like a downtown train at 3 am? as for planet smoothie....while i have yet to taste their frozen treats how could you ever so madly disrespect jamba juice? tsk tsk. strange...my roomies and I were also being hedonistic near clark and belmont this morning-brunch at chicago diner (ahhh halsted....gotta love it). it must be a sunday afternoon thing, i just woke up and said "sure im broke as hell but its sunday and i worked all week i need brunch goddamn it" then i bought new clothes at ragstock and disgraceland. as for iowa....pshaw on that state i say. i visited my best friend (il migliore di amico) who lives in the quad cities and he dragged me to an express for men in davenport to buy his graduation clothes. as im walkin into the mall im like, "hmm too bad im wearing my jack skellington shirt because while there may be many a goth girl who enjoys tim burton in chicago ill be damned if i meet one in a mall in iowa." indeed, all i got was gawked at, red schaumhawk* and all by the paserby.
*note: as you may have guessed this hairstyle is named after schaumburg that delightful little northern suburb where punks get mohawks that can be made to look "normal" when they go to their prep schools
