You ever have one of those nights where you seem to sleep through time?
Im not talking about some whacked time travel thing I just mean you go to bed, eventually fall asleep, and one of two things happen:
Either you wake up WAY late after sleeping for what seems like 10 hours only to roll over and look at the alarm clock and see that its only midnight. Youve been asleep for 90 minutes, but it feels like youve been asleep for so much longer.
Or the opposite, which is what I just experienced you go to bed and fall asleep and almost immediately the alarm is going off.
Its not like I dont feel like I slept, but I didnt feel the passage of time at all. One minute I am falling asleep, the next minute I am waking up and there is nothing in-between.
The first kind is always a blessing at first -- when you wake to realize that no, actually, you still get to sleep more. The second kind though what I just experienced kinda feels like a bit of a rip off.
aw man.. no dreams? Nothing??
Wow, we sure have been spoiled with sunshine here in Vancouver for the last month. Now that Its actually raining here again, it seems quite refreshing.
hmm,
My daisy chainsaw scar over my left eye is all red, angry and swollen today.
Odd... I'd completely forgotten about that particular boot to the head.
Sigh... I had such a hearton for Daisy Chainsaw.

megan and i are looking forward to doing some sets in the rain. pure experimentation.
i think i look good wet though.
i prefer the first to the second. when it's midnight and i realize i still have another 6 hours to go, i consider getting out of bed. I mean, i'm awake. I'm not comfortable lying down because i know i'm not going to sleep.
might as well do something.
but why should i?! it's my time off! i shouldn't have to be productive during my time off.
so i usually lie there, feeling crappy about being awake and feeling crappy about feeling crappy.
For me its those things that I have on my mind that Im not willing to tell anyone, you know those deep dark secrects and lies that are apart of everyones life, but you dont even tell your best friend, and its one of those secrects that you take to the grave? For me sometimes I think its those, or stress, or just gas maybe its gas.
I dont really know how to get rid of it, Ive had it for years.
