So thats supposed to be me for 2005. I really DO think that 2005 is going to be a good one for me, and I actually agree with that part about something kicking in in 2003 and I really do feel that its over.
Coolheart and I went to the most amazing house party on new years eve. I originally didnt plan on doing anything that night. I thought a quiet night of shamanic contemplation would be what I would end up doing. It was either that, or I would go down to Sin Citys party at 23 West Cordova. The fetish night.
Well, he was invited to this thing, and they told him that they had invited too many single women, so if he could find a single guy friend to bring along, he should. He mentioned it to me, and then showed me some pics of the house that it was going to be held at:
Pretty much couldnt say no to that! I am really glad I went to the house party and not Sin City now in hindsite, as I heard that she-who-used-to-be-referred-to-as-she was there. I am sure we both would have ended up having a terrible night if I showed up there donned in my black leather harness, only to bump into her. I was kinda surprised at how upset I was when I heard she was there. Then again, I had just spent about 12 hours doing all sorts of fucking with my neurotransmitters, so my emotional state yesterday cannot be trusted.
The house party turned out to be more than I imagined it to be. Catered, open bar, great DJ, huge crowd, tinkerbell was running around at the beginning of the party with a sparkling little bag of party treats that I probably should have said no to, but Im still really glad I went.
Stayed until the very end of that party, then at 5:30 myself and 4 other women that only live 4 buildings down from me jumped in a cab, they ended up inviting me up to their place when we got back down here to the west end, and it was surreal. It was a girls night out thing, and they have this tradition of getting into their jammies and sitting around talking and smoking at the end of nights like that. They lent me some jammies to join them, and it was quite strange to just be one of the girls, but I was and it was actually quite enjoyable.
Pretty much just slept off and on yesterday, and Im still feeling a bit out of sorts, but all in all it was a great weekend.

Hmmm Maybe my father listening to an album called Dark horse or looking at the Tea for the Tillerman album cover because it was full of things that little people like to look at. Or maybe it was seeing red and blue lights at the front door while my parents were still together.
2. How often, if ever, is Masturbation a part of your life? Not enough nowadays. It is my new years resolution to make time to love me more... and more.
3. If there is one thing you could do that would greatly change the effectiveness of your daily life that you KNOW you should do but haven't done, what is that one thing? Maybe buy my years worth of planner pages for my franklin planner. On them everything can be wrote down and planned out for the future, as little as next week or next month. A lot can happen in a year. A LOT.
Also... there can never be too many single women at a party, but that's a helluva invite.
