Don't know why, but I've been thinking that it would probably be a good idea -- living in Vancouver 'n all -- to get a kit together for the unlikely event of a little shakedown.

That sounds like a great idea.
Water bottles, food, blankets, firstaid kit.
Shotgun to fight off zombies. Medical training would be good as well.

I dont like to think about that idea every happening though, my parents are all the way in Van and Im here in saskatoon, Id feel so helpless.
