I am into yoga. everything that involves yoga into am I. it just opens you up. i'm also loving depak chopra lately. i mean i love h im normally but as of late his new book buddha is GREAT! he is so evolved. wow
Ive given up soda and a few of my meds, going to start acupuncture and Id really really like to eliminate white sugar. We gave up cable and one of our tvs. we watched special on freegans. Have you read anything or seen stuff about the movement?Freegans
