what a spaz day, today i had to set up training for some coworkers on software. i could sit down with any of them and answer any question and tell them excatly what they need to know. but in a group, geez i just wanted to flee the building. anyway, i get a new tattoo this weekend!!!!! yay

ok i'll say tonight kicked ass. i went on the closest you get to a hike around here with a group of like minded folks. haha, it was easy!! 3.5 miles and i was barely winded. i love when your body just totally works with you like that. we're doing 6 miles on wednesday...sweeeet

so it makes me giggle because really a few bruises isn't exactly hardcore but i've been nicknamed Moshpit now at work. it's a really conservative place. i started in with "oh this is nothing you should have seen me after Pantera..." and realized i had the eyes glazed we have no idea what you are talking about look.
