Ahh the week is almost over. it has been a week filled with screaming tweens and betting Hazmat folks whether I was gonna die.
lets start with the funner things I was sent to the Justin Bieber concert to film the screaming fans here is an example of the girls swarming the camera. I was scared for my safety.
later that night I got to watch a group of very happy construction workers destroy a bridge over a highway. they were so happy to do this is was like watching big kids live out a destructive fantasy.
but last night was my favorite. I was standing on the lawn filming a house that had a possible chemical leak. it was only me and the state and military haz-mat workers at the time. suddenly one of the workers came out of the house made a strange motion and the rest of the workers began blocking off the area and came up to me and told me I was not aloud to leave. i guess one of there sensors went crazy.
so I spent the next three hours hanging out with men in white suites as they tested me and the surrounding area for some chemical (they never told me which one). I had to hang out in scrubs they brought me. we got bored after a while and began taking bets on whether I was going to die as I was the only person there not in a Haz-mat suit at the time.
My money was on painful death.
Sadly I lost my 5 dollars.
eventually they gave me back my stuff and said I was not contaminated. apparently it was a miss sensing. (not the official name for it but I forget it).
I did a "I'm not gonna die" dance in the street after getting dressed in their van.
