photoboy

This week at work we are shooting "look see's" for an upcoming job. So all week I have models coming in at all hours of the day. This might end up being a larger shoot so there are a ton of them. Plus there are a couple different looks they want so I have guys, girls around college age and also guys and girls that are suppose to look like college teachers. It makes for a diverse day that is for sure.
I had a model come in this morning who I thought was totally beautiful but her comp card was pretty bad. I am always surprised when a model that seems that good and is with an agency hands me a really bad comp card. Anyway, I told her if she wanted help putting one together I would help her. I think I weird people out when they don't know me and I offer to help them out for no real reason. I guess when it comes to photography I just like to do it and work with people who do it. I mean why else would I be a photographer for a living... Well I guess there is the eating and paying my mortgage too... heh But mostly I do photography because it is fun... I really think it would be fun to do some shoots for this site as well but so far I have not tried that.
This weekends shoot went well. I did half film and half digital. I handed the proofs off right away so now I just have to see what they pick. Now I am going to find some aspirin cause my head hurts!
