Caffeine.
I feel agressive tonight. Agressive and yet totally worn out- just feeling like throwing my arms in the air to EVERYONE and EVERYTHING...
Progression/Regression.
Where are we? Where are we going? Is it acceptable to NOT be one of many but to be ONE, to simply be YOU and to be unlike anyone before you...
Is such a thing even remotely possible?
I am endlessly, endlessly disappointed in the death of individuality, open-mindedness and freedom of speech.
Increasingly disillusioned. MIsanthropic maybe.
I feel like I am surrounded by clones with the same fucking ideas and tastes and probably the same bad habits as if they're all the cogs of one great big machine and not machines in themselves.
Like everyone rather than being uniquely coloured, is painted the same colour.
It's not supposed to be like this.
What's the point of self-expression if everyone thinks and feels in exactly the same way?
And really, people seem to be getting more similar. There are less people who stick out like a sore thumb. We've battered everything into this state where even the outsiders are all the same.
I'd call what it 'regression'
Because it is.
We're going back to the fucking thirties.
The majority rules.
I wish it were the late sixties...
But it's not.
