I gained 12 pounds in 7 days last year because I kept forgetting to weigh myself. It took me 5 weeks or so to get it back off at 1200 calories a day (bleh) & working out 90 minutes 5-6 times a week. I don't EVER want to do that again.
I am completely paranoid now. Numbers are numbers. They tend to bother some people. They don't bother me at all until they start rising... lol.
I only fluctuate between 4 pounds all month if I am careful. I eat mostly anything I want.
