My Sunday was derailed so quickly that it was pretty much over as I woke up.
I wanted to go to the gym for the first time in weeks because my body was just aching to do something but first I had breakfast. Bad news, the pancakes had soy flour in them and I am allergic to to soy.
I my tongue itch as soon as I finished eating them, but I was hoping it was just one of those things where it goes away with some water. Nope. It usually doesn't get bad until an hour or so later. And after that hour it started getting painful to breathe. The antihistamine didn't really work so I had the choice to stick myself with the epinephrine or just ride it out. I don't mind sticking myself. I'm not scared or anything but the sound it makes and the accelerated heart rate afterward are not really fun. I rode it out but I am still feeling the knot in my throat as I type this.
At least the Chargers won. It wasn't pretty, but a win is a win.
