(and perhaps my deeply rooted lust for professors comes from watching the original Indiana Jones movies repeatedly as a child... i mean really, one minute you're teaching me about the wonders of the world, the next we're climbing through muck in a Venetian canal, covered in sweat, half clothed - digging for ancient artifacts, digging for secrets! on a hunch we crawl on our bellies towards a German castle, a nazi hideout - they've got guns, but we've got brains and wit. and when they are defeated (because the good always prevail), we stowaway on a ship across the pacific - worn thin but charged by the adventure. charged still by our sexual tensions finally come to fruition.
