A little Ditty I wrote in honor of the Longest Day of the year:
The solstace sky, the crescent moon
The stars abloom in the mid month of June
The trees stand tall
within the avian mating calls
The sound of Life, a serene, rustic tune.
I gaze upon the vast salt marsh
and the tide's ebb and flow
Into the space-time continuum we go
I'm a little lost lamb amoung it all
A man or a boy, what's the truth?
I lament my fast-fading youth
yet realize how much I still need to grow
and how much there really is to know.
