I have been working hard as always and struggling here and there but still staying positive - we need that positivity now more than ever!
I have set up a new schedule to try not to fall behind on keeping in touch with people on many platforms, SG is one I fell behind on last year every few months, so one of my goals this year is to bring my A Game and keep up with my usual blogs on Hopefuls and SGs that inspire me, sets to watch and member shout outs.
I'm also still very much using the technique of writing down at least 3 positive things that have happened daily.
Yesterday I had a long bath, made some good food, and had an amazing stream on twitch - all really great things to be proud of! Some days I would find it almost impossible to get out of bed, but I've been pushing myself lately and seeing the positive benefits of it all. And even if I can't get out of bed, I will catch up on things from the comfort of my duvet, post on socials and interact with friends, which are still all positive!
What are your 3 positive things you can think of from today? It can be anything from brushing your teeth, talking to a friend you like, playing a game you enjoy, grabbing 5 minutes to yourself, anything!
