First things first... I want to start with my favorite quote: "Why blindly follow that path which another has cleaved for you when the world is begging to be explored first hand, with eyes wide open. As such, do not fear the unknown, seek it out. For in doing you will then master your fear." I penned that in the 8th grade while attending John Evans Jr High in my podunk town, Colorado... It has been my mantra for many years since. Now on to the rest of the things you need to know about me...

I'm from a tiny town in Colorado, where we used to go hiking up in the mountains all the time. I sometimes miss the outdoors, these days I dont seem to get to play in it enough. I love hiking, camping, fishing, boating, riding, climbing, rafting; if it involves the hills I'm there. Some of my friends say I like getting dirty a little too much. Although I don't think that's really possible.

I dont mind getting all fancy and dressing up to go out on the town but I mostly just like to stay at home with a good book and some soft music, have a little something to drink and watch the fire dance in the hearth. I'm a country boy and enjoy the small things in life, though I'm trying to learn about the faster paced life of the city. Give me time.

I would say I'm a romantic. I actually like the little things like dinner in with a good glass of wine. Or giving flowers for no reason. And although this has nothing to do with love, I also know the difference between sex for the sake of sex and making love to someone (oh my gods, your in my head as deep as I'm inside you), you know what I mean?

I've dicovered that like snowflakes, no two people are alike. I'm like a new flavor of ice cream, you'll just have to try me to find out how good I can be.

Some would say I'm an oxymoron. I'm a gentleman Marine. An intellegent jock. A dirty clean freak. An obsessive compulsive procrastinator. I love being outdoors almost as much as I like the big city. If you want to understand that even better just drop me a line.

And to any family that happens upon my page, "Hey, hows it going? Yeah, this is who I am... not perfect, just me. I make mistakes and the only one who has to be responsible for them when I face my maker is me. I'd love it if you could accept me unconditionally, but some of you cant... to bad, I'm not changing for anyone..."
