Yay for workouts. I'm feeling it now. I try to do 3 sets a day. One in the morning, one in the afternoon or after my classes and one again in the evening before bed. It's only day 3, but I'm hoping to see some results by the end of the week. The ladies of SG are definitely my inspiration and I try to work out to the Guide to Living video. The music is a pump up and the ladies bodies are the visual push I need to do that extra set of crunches or that extra minute of cardio. I won't post pics of myself until I think I'm worthy of being on the SG site. The women are intimidating but definitely my inspiration. Wish me luck!
