I've been a kinbakushi and a kinbaku teacher and performer for a while, it could be ten to twelve years. Kinbaku is, in a nutshell, the Japanese version of the western rope bondage, the "art" of sexually dominating with rope bonds. Nowday I became a kinbaku photographer (every age has its activities, I can't pretend to be a young and strong kinbakushi while I'm already losing my breath after ten minutes of running) and people call me to depict their rope scenes with my cameras . They know that I am very good at both photo editing and rope bondage and they appreciate the fact that I am on the spot before they start thinking about what to do the next step
Although kinbaku is considered a kind of "sexual martial art" and despite the worldwide spread of shows and conventions on bondage, online tuttorials, courses and workshops, some people are still in the mind of the rope bondage as a sort of violence against the female (most of bondage is men to women, although there are no rules about it and the genders count very little in the models of rope for bondage) and reject it as a male chauvinist activity. Looking at my photos and remembering the feelings between me and my rope bondage models I can see (and remember) only a deep understanding, a great trust and positive feelings even in the most difficult scene. Kinbaku (mainly in semenawa mode) tends to stretch the muscles and force in unnatural poses but, in the same way as an athletic workout, tends to emphasize grace and beauty of models. What do you think about it? Did you praticse it? Had you a good impression or it was a bad experience?
