I just got home from work - it's 1am. I would have been home earlier but I had a flat tire.

I came home and my doggy (it's so hard to not call him a puppy) was hyper as usual, I played tug of war with him and his lion on his bed. It used to be such a nice bed. He's pretty much destroyed it. I think it's his version of a security blanket. He's ripped out stuffing, torn off bits and pieces of it, and somehow managed to remove one of the zippers. But if I have my way he'll keep it as long as I have him. I bought it the day after I brought him home so I figure I have to keep it for my sake just as much as his.

Here's the baby in his bed at 2 months old - when it was all nice and new.


Here he is tonight attacking it while I hold it down so he won't hit me in the leg with it. (which didn't actually work because I was still hit a few times)


You can't see his lion, but it's attached to his bed on a bungie thing that was intented to attach to his collar - he's attacking it. It now has no stuffing and is missing 2 arms.


And this is his bed in all of it's destroyed glory, before he really destroyed the lion. But he's so cute that I can't possibly be anything but happy that he loves the thing so much.
