FINALLY, a weekend worthy of the beach!!!... i got my Jones Beach sticker, i went alone, no one to go with , who cares though cause i still had a great time... i ran got some excercise ... now im definately in some serious need for some more good weather..............................

all beaten and battered tonight, face full of bruises scuffs and scratches, legs and chest all bruised up.... sometimes i wonder why i train so much... than i realize...

cause i'm small and i can still kick ass

OK, so Radiohead this weekend, gonna be a big messy show at "Giants Stadium"... was gonna be this wonderful festival on some farm out east long island... but still its Radiohea, and i've been meaning to see them for years now....

sooo boooored, should have went and trained today

Alright, its been long enough since i've filled out this journal...... last night was cool... went out to Flow in NYC last night, had a good time, just chillin really... had to drag out my friends at 4:30 in the morning... and now tonight i know i'll never get to sleep cause my sleep cycle is all effed up now...

EVERYONE CELEBRATE....... I got my Blue belt!!!! so excited.... big big big personal goal i just reached for myself.... just wanted to tell everyone

Life sucks, than you choke someone out, armbar, knee bar, ankle lock, neck crank, bicept crunch, cow hand, kimora, key lock, omo plato...

basically i feel like tapping someone out...

Tomorrow my little couzin (who is actually much bigger) is going to own Nassau county wrestling finals.... =^) wish him luck, i'm so proud of him.....

than after that... i'm going on a "date" so to speak... (so to speak... what the hell does that mean anyway)... should be interesting, atleast i hope
