Last night I woke myself up by grinding my teeth to the point that I broke one. Just the corner of it, so it doesn't hurt or anything. It's just rough. I guess I'm a little stressed out. After that I went back to sleep, but then I had a nightmare about losing all of my teeth.
Today I bought one of those night guard things. It was $22, which might sound a little expensive, but it's not. I have one that cost me (and my insurance) $2000. It just doesn't fit anymore.
Does anyone know of a good way to relieve stress?

I'd probably agree with the folks saying sex and booze. Those at least are usually the most expedient ways to deal with stress.
Short of that, when's the last time you truly did nothing productive? Like, not even worried about the productive things that you should be doing? If it's been a while, you ought to just make it a point to be a complete and utter lazy ass some evening. It'll do you good!
