I attempted a Howard Devoto/Magazine version of "Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)" since there was no way in hell I could pull off Sly Stone. I think I was on key for the majority of the song, but that's about it...
Anyway, it was quite a fun night, and I was able to meet quite a few new people...Plus I came away from it all with a big kiss from Stasia on my forehead, so no complaints there...
Possibly the best moment came from Hedy, Ophelia, and Stasia doing their collective best Nancy Sinatra impersonations...
Definitely a fine reason to not be so much of a hermit...
