So I had a hella depressing day today after the chaplain briefed us. He told us to close our eyes for 30 seconds, to imagine getting off the aircraft at the end of our flight home at green ramp(main ramp at pope). What time it is, who is there. What is going on. Hmm. I can see where you're coming from. I like helicopters they remind me of the plant, you know it drops seeds and they twist in the air like helicopters.... You're doing a good thing though, being out there.

Thank you =-D I used to only wear black with one color at a time... but in recent years I've branched out more, even wearing browns sometimes haha. Crazy, right? lol.

No shit there I was. Knee deep in 7.62. I got 2 buddies on my back and an RPG in my hand. I charged the enemy bunker and fired my RPG into the a group of 5 killing them instantly then I turned right and and ran into a tunnel, and stab 3 more to death. Kill the crew on the gun with my boot...

14 months! Holy cow! I didn't know the tours were that long, thought it was 6 months or something. You poor thing, I can't imagine what that must be like. But you get a year back home to stock up on beer and steak tongue

Oh Germany is awesome! I'd certainly recommend a stay there smile I lived in Germany for 3 years, and loved it!
