I didn't have a very happy new years eve 
Well that's not quite true, let me explain...
...on Boxing Day (that's the day after christmas for those who don't know) my best friend and his girlfriend split up after nearly seven years together. This was not a particularly good break-up (but then when is a break-up good). On new years eve they were both up at our local (because we'd all bought tickets before christmas) and things were a little tense to start with and got steadily worse as the evening went on. After the bells struck 12 my friends ex-girlfriend left the pub crying, leaving the rest of us feeling very awkward. it wasn't good.
The rest of this new year has been going well though...
Nearly got my first tattoo on Wednesday, but the tattooist was shut But i'm going back next week (fingers crossed).
