My boss is leaving to manage another store for our company, and i don't want her to go.
She is probably the best boss i've ever had. it's easy to have a laugh with her. she's got a similar sense of humour as me, nd can make even the most innocent of words sound dirty. She's not affraid to give an honest opinion, or honest advice (which is what you need in a good friend). She can't have a go at me if i come into work hungover, because she's done the same thing just as many times as me. And she's happy enough to eye up the ladies with me.
I'm happy she's got this new job and i understand why she wants to leave our store, because i want to leave for the same reason (we've both done all we can to try and improve sales at our store, but nothing seems to be working. It gets you down after a while.), but...i guess i'm just scarred of change. we don't know who we'll be getting to replace her, and i'm just worried that we'll get some complete arsehole as a manager and everything will go shitty.
Sorry this was a bit of a ramble, but i needed to get it of my chest.
On a more possitive note, Liliana (the girl i met in Tallinn who seemed to like me for some reason) has finally e-mailed me back, and seems interested in keeping in touch. so...yay!

Sorry to here about your bass leaving but it may be a good thing you never know what might happen.
