I got my new computer yesterday woo hoo. It is a lot fun to have a laptop. Now I just need to find someone to buy my old desktop.

Tomorrow I think I am going to get my plane ticket to Australia. $900 more down the drain.

Well, I just found out last night that I got my scholarship to go to Australia for my PhD. I also found out that I got an additional scholarship to cover all of my living expenses. So, now I just need to get this whole Masters thesis done and I will be good to go! Woot!

Well, I had one hell of a week. Found out that my sister's tumor is malignant, I locked my keys in my truck and missed a christmas party and I still haven't finished my thesis corrections. sigh. I don't think that the next week can be much worse (knock on wood).

Mitch Hedberg died yesterday. How sad

I was easily more upset about his than I was about the pope's death. Everyone knew the pope was going to kick the bucket, but not many expected Mitch to die.
