Yucky ticks! I use to love riding horses when I was younger. I almost purchased an Arabian when I was 18 but chose not to due to the fact that after I graduated from college I would have no place to board her after I graduated college. Chicago is not very horse friendly. The few places that would board horses when I was a young child have long been closed down. I would have to drive well over 80 miles to the nearest place that wouldnt charge more then an arm and a leg.

I had a horse spook once while I was tacking it up. It reared up, broke a lightbulb with its head and landed on my foot. Ouch. Good thing I had my boots on.
