Wednesday November 15, Poorly Drawn People and others from the Rhode Island hiphop community will present an all star benefit in memory of Randy Hien, the owner of the Living Room and beloved Lincoln Little League coach who passed away in September.
All money collected at the door from the show will benefit a scholarship fund set up for his children.

TO ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE PROVIDENCE SCENE:
Randy had a huge impact on the local music scene, giving many bands their first chance to play. Over the years, both national and local acts have found a home in the Living Room. As more and more of our venues have shut down, the Living Room has kept its doors open, giving artists refuge and a chance to bring their music to a larger audience.
Ten dollars is, in my mind, a worthwhile donation for his family.
