nothing much going on...just back from a roadie to philly and brooklyn...went to the family values show in philly...a lot of generic people in attendance but there were a few musical bright spots...bury your dead, who were new to me, were pretty live considering they were one of the early acts...dir en grey were fucking amazing...one of my new favorite bands...deadsy and fly leaf weren't bad either....wasn't too impressed with stone sour but the deftones rocked out...and korn, as always, got the crowd going, though it wasn't the best set i've seen them do....i was in the pit for korn but there were far to many morons that thought moshing meant fighting so i had to jack some drunk in his jaw...overall it wasn't a bad show but the commericalness of the whole scene made me sad....had a blast in BK as always....there was a biker rally going on so we hung out there for a while then sat on the east river and got smashed....next on the list is the raconteurs next thursday in providence....
