My commitment to losing weight has begun. I downloaded an app I read about on the Weight Loss group here called Lose It! Logging in all the food I've had today (banana, energy bar, coffee, salad, tuna, apple, sushi, soy nuts, ice cream bar for dessert), I've take in 1,754 calories. My allotted amount per day is 1,805, and I'm feeling pretty full. So, I'll call the first day a success.
The hard part? Getting up in the morning to exercise. I figure Monday, Wednesday and Friday can be for weights. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for aerobic activities. This means I need to be in bed in an hour and half to get around 8 hours of sleep. This means less video games - my one true vice. The vice I've had for nearly my entire life!... Shit.
I've finally found my motivation, and it's a damn dorky one: cosplay. It's actually worked for a lot of people! So, in a little bit less than a year, I hope to be a very impressive Grifter.
I could change it up to a different character. Who knows? Something else may really strike my fancy. I'm open to suggestion
