Wouldn’t be a good Christmas without adding a few weapons to my growing collection. Got a real LOTR Vibe going this year with Sting and Orcrist. Also got a few games I’m looking forward to trying out.
Have to say this came out better than I expected. The look of the uniform is spot on. Sure, I had to adjust the collar a bit so it wasn’t too loose but that’s a minor niggle. I’ve wanted an updated Star Trek Uniform for years and this was worth the wait. This time I’ve gone with the uniform of a Lieutenant Commander in the Science Division, appropriate given my uocoming position at work perhaps since it could be argued I’ve kinda obtained than rank. Anyway, I’m definitely going to grab some more to expand my collection.
Been a while since I ordered something from Japan and while I don’t usually like the postage or import fees, they were completely worth it. While I’m trying to not buy stuff that will just sit around gathering dust, I’ve always got a use for trading card sleeves.
Guys and gals, this is Padstow. I’m usually a little nervous around dogs yet Padstow is changing my mind. He’s such a sweet boy and it seems can be won over by anyone willing to give him constant cuddles and hugs.
A nice relaxed getaway. Gonna be a peaceful few days.
Gone a bit light on decorations this year, mostly because I had to throw out a lot of streamers that were damaged. Next year I’m gonna make it up with lots of new stuff. Also dug out the stocking I’ve had since I was 2. Pure nostalgia.
Some interior shots of my home away from home for the week, Pevensey Bay near Hastings. Will upload some exterior shots later and maybe some more general pics as the week goes on. Right now I just want to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Hope you all are having a great day.
A selection of the best of the photos from my recent holiday in the New Forest. Rarely have I seen such a variety of wildlife in one place. Or not so wild life. The deer were understandably cautious around us but the horses and pigs were very used to humans, pretty much walking up to say hello.
