has anyone ever read Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides before? i really enjoy it so far.. yay for incest.
i can't wait until i get Diary, though. my mom bought a signed copy for me at Powell's in portland and won't give it to me until my birthday. i might have to steal my friend's copy before that, though. it's hard for me to wait to read chuck palahniuk.
i just thought i saw parker posey on tv. but i didn't. how disappointing.

i too am eagerly awaiting my copy of Diary... ordered it from my favorite local (i.e. - small, struggling, very cool place that tends to run behind releases sometime) book store in Buffalo. as i am now in Columbus, i suddenly find myself eagerly awaiting their forwarding it to me from there. hope to see it soon... Chuckles is such an excellent author.
anticipation only makes things better, don't give in and wait for your copy...
Where are my cookies?
Ah, portfolios. Scary business. What field are you in, as in painting, graphics, illustration, sculpture, etc.?
