my coffee maker broke last weekend
so we got a new one..a retro 35 anniversary Mr Coffee
it takes the old design of the 1972 Mr Coffee and combines it with modern features

I am starting to pack and get things together to leave for SF in a few days

it's storming right now

I love rain when I'm inside and not stuck in it

I love the sound it makes...though it's much better when you have trees near your window so you can hear the drops hit the leaves
and thunder...i like storms...I need to get one of those storm cds

I am also about to make some mix cds to play in our rental car while we're driving...mostly 70s classic and soft rock..along with some other california/SF songs and songs that I put on a summer mix
