QUESTIONS FROM MEMBERS FOR @elisalace
@MJC1225 asked “What or who inspired you to become a part of the SG community?”
if I'm completely honest, I'm not even sure who was it at first. I had known about SG for a while but never really delved much into it. After I started my transition I really wanted to explore my more sexy side, and start enjoying what I had achieved. During that time I came across a couple of really talented SG's, @AYMI @FAY and @TOTIGA @PETRICOR being the first ones I got to follow up close. And then I decided I should give it a try. And here I am... so far I've loved it, the community has been awesome and my objective of getting to love myself a bit more has definitely been achieved, everything else is a welcome extra ☺️

@SDAWG74 asked “What inspired your floral tattoos?”
It all started with my second tattoo which was a small cherry blossom branch with three small flowers. The idea was that it kinda represented the ephemeral nature of beauty. I myself transitioned pretty late at 31. And while I was never really unhappy, I realized I started living my life to the fullest just after that. But it was pretty late, and now I had only a "short while" to be in full bloom. Like cherry blossoms, I know that my "true self" will not last as long as I would like, but I'll make the most out of it anyway. The rest of the tattoos came by naturally, kept adding cherry blossoms here and there, some peonies and I would have gotten a lot more hadn't I lost my job 2 years ago (bills being the priority). I actually wanted to have a huge cherry blossom tree tattooed on my back. The two swallow birds were just the first piece of the tattoo, the rest will have to wait haha

@KINGOFCOOL asked “Who is the first person you call/text if you become pink?”
That's a good question!! Probably my best friend. And after that I would definitely call either @AYMI or @FAY to thank them for their amazing job.

@WARRIOR311 asked “What are your hobbies and which one are you passionate about?”
Ooof where do I start. I've done so many things in my life. I picked up photography back in 2005 and it has stuck with me ever since. I just love it and should probably try to make some sets for a few girls. Who knows, they might even come out good lol. I've always enjoyed military stuff which got me into airsoft with a bunch of friends since 2007 or so. I love playing flight sims on VR and I loooove jets in general. I love reading military sci fi. I'm also a huge weeb, and the last 3 years I've focused mainly on learning japanese on my own, martial arts (kendo and iaido, which are japanese fencing) and also Shodo which is japanese calligraphy. I watch a ton of anime and enjoy reading/watching love story animes the most. I just like a pretty love story lol

@BABEL asked “If you could turn into any animal, which one would you choose? Why?”
Probably a Swallow... I just think they're so graceful. Also, flying would give me an incredible sense of freedom. I would just love it so much haha

@STARRY asked “If you change up your hair color anytime soon, what’s your plan for the next color(s)?”
Ohh thats a tough one too. Probably full silvery blonde with pink ends. But it takes me sooo much to decide a hair color change. It actually took me more than 2 years before I changed my hair from pink on the top and blue underneath to mostly blue with pink streaks. Considering that, a new color change might not come anytime soon, unless my plans of living in japan force me to go with a conservative hair color, which would kinda suck but it is what it is. Although in that case I might go full black and get a hime cut or something like that :p

@FREDHINCANADA asked “If you were to spend the day in person with a member here, what would you plan to do all day? (what would you eat, would you watch a movie, etc.)”
Let’s say I’m a morning person (I’m not lol). But my day would definitely start in bed with a full morning breakfast (ideally some fun before the food). I’m picturing scrambled eggs, bacon, toasts, pancakes, so much needed coffee, the works (I’m drooling now just by thinking about it lol).
After that I’d really love to walk through somewhere I’ve never been before (so ideally none of this happens in my home town). I cannot help but think about some pretty park like Shinjuku Gyoen in Tokyo, with lots of cherry blossoms. Just chilling, walking and talking about the good things in life.
Then it would be off for some lunch, hopefully a restaurant out in the open or with a nice view. And I would be craving pasta (I love Japan but not really into sea food… sue me lol).
Then it’s walking some more while having matcha ice cream, off to Shibuya, see the sunset at Shibuya Sky and then basically just have a crazy night barhopping around Shibu.
(Well I know now what I’ll do when I go back lol)

@ADAM_BOVARY asked “If you decided to join a circus, what would you do? Also, what song playing in your head right now?”
I would be the girl with the really sharp katana swords, doing trick cuts with jumps, flips and what not. Maybe have the audience throw fruits at me while I parry/cut them (the fruits, not the audience haha).
Right now I have “True Colors” by Slaves. I just love Jonny Craig’s singing (you didn’t ask but I’m a huge post-hardcore fan).

@WEEDFARMER asked “What are your favorite springtime outdoor activities?”
There was a time in which I loved to do some light trekking through some small mountains in my city. Then my left knee started giving me some problems and I just shelved that activity. I also really enjoyed spring for playing airsoft (like paintball but more tacticool). Sadly most of my team mates moved to other places and I then took martial arts haha.
I’m mostly a city girl now so I love going out to cool terrace bars with live music, drink some jagger mojitos. I actually love bar hopping in spring haha. I have very fond memories of that and some deep conversations with some really close friends too so that never really fails.
Another SuicideGirl, in this case @Fay

Where do you find inspiration?
Other girls, @Aymi , @Fay , @Totiga , @Cisne , and some others.

What impact has your culture / identity had on your modeling journey?
For me, modeling has been all about finding beauty in my own self. Rebuilding the love I have for myself and accepting my own flaws and virtues. It's a "I don't want to hide anymore, I don't want to be scared", it's rebelling against my own fears.
~
What is your favorite form of self expression?
I love photography since forever, but martial arts, in particular iaido (japanese study of the sword) is something that connects my inner self with my body in a way I never connected before, letting me express myself with elegance and also assertiveness. Kinda the way I want to be in my daily life haha.
~
What is your favorite form of self-care OR what is your self-care routine?
This is a tough one when going through major depression. But it usually has to do with not giving up, and move despite all the weight I feel in my heart, body and mind. If I push forward I can remind myself that I am capable. If I stay still, it just eats me from the inside.
~
What part of your beauty routine makes you feel most confident?
Retouching my hair colors. For me it's just a way to show part of my soul. When the colors fade I feel my energy lacking, but once I do a touch up I am back into the game. Then again, eyeliner. A cateye a day keeps the doctor away lol
~
What impact has SG had in discovering yourself as a person and a model?
It has helped me discover how capable I am, and how I am indeed worthy of appreciation despite my dynamics of self-disdain.

Share a memorable experience from your point of view as an alternative model in your community.
Not sure I get the question. But a memorable experience was shooting my second set and really connecting with my photographer. We took the photos and then we talked for hours and I have to say I felt very welcome and validated. @Aymi is just that kind! Also, getting to know some of the other Chilean SG's and Hopefuls has been awesome. They are all so loving and kind it really makes me happy I got to meet them even if it hasn't been in person yet.
~
Is there anything else you want to share about your community?
Nope! Nothing else! Just happy to be here :)
