So my body has been feeling pretty crappy lately and because of that I’ve decided to start eating healthier and exercising more! I figured I shouldn’t be hurting getting out of bed every morning or hurting just sitting. So I haven’t had any soda for over a month and started eating healthier with these new cookbooks I found. If you like to swear then you will love these books!!

I’ve read one of the books ! I love in the intro how they talk about the world not needing another cookbook about meat 😆. So many boringly repetitive cookbooks.

@guyalwayssmiling ya it can be a rough start but so good for you!! @chef it is def different from all the other cookbooks lol and it is surprisingly really good food so far
