I'm very excited! Wanna know why?
This upcoming friday, the very best friend I have ever had in this world is getting married! I met her my first year of college in upstate NY. She was dating my roommate at the time and the three of us were quite the trifecta. We would all hang out, smoke a lot of green, and sneak away to my roomie's dad's house which was about 30 mins from college. He was in a famous jazz band so he had this epic house and would cook us such delicious dinners, and in return we would smoke out his sauna haha! We were such typical college kids. It was a blast that year, how I passed any classes is beyond me! Anyway, she and my roomie broke up and she wound up back with her ex who she is now marrying, and I love them together. I simply cannot wait!!!!!
I haven't seen her in well over a year, maybe two. She used to live in Astoria, but the two of them moved to the Caymans to work for a while, and in my opinion, were living the dream! I cannot wait to see her. I can already feel the waterworks.
And then two days later, I'm seeing:
I hope I survive the show! I can't tell you how excited I am to see these guys
Anyway, not much new over here! Just a ton of school and work, and by a ton I mean I'm totally exaggerating. I only work part time, and the nursing course I'm taking is only 10 credits, but still!!!! I'm so happy I have things this week to look forward to. And such good ones! I hope to take some decent photos at the wedding. I know I always promise to post them, but I never do! I will really make the effort this time.
And then the following weekend I hope to be closing up my right arm (FINALLY). I have a feeling it's going to take two sessions to do so, but maybe we can power through it. Here's to hoping!
