i saw a demonstration today by some high level japanese chef. the most amazing thing were these salted cherry blossoms he put in the middle of mochi covered with kinako (ground, dried soybean powder with sugar). of course there always has to be some damn guy sitting next to me trying to chat me up about every little thing the chef is talking about.
yet to get my damn license. fuck, i should just do it. just sign up for the damn test. i think im a pretty good driver. i survived driving around ala moana by myself. god, that was a horrible experience. so many one way roads!
