Hey dude,

Just read your comment in Siara's log. I've been there ... on both sides of the breakdown.

She's gonna need some solid support and make sure you get your self some support as well. Try not to be such a he man and take it all on yourself.

That's how I ended on the other side of the breakdown. Lost my job, my family and almost my life a couple of times. Gotta look out for number one.
