ok so i live with my girlfriend and her bff (who's my friend, too) and now we are running into problems. we agreed before we moved in together 3 weeks ago that everything (groceries, bills, etc.) is split 3 ways, afterall...there's 3 of us. but now the bff isnt paying her part. my girl and i went and spent $110 on groceries, she did not contribute, and i just got home from work to find her cooking food...all of which we just paid for and she didnt. 
i cant take this shit anymore. im more than pissed, im irate...and in about 2 seconds im gunna GO OFF ON HER! am i being too exaggerate? help me out...wtf am i suppose to do? i wanna kick her out...afterall, she isnt on the lease..hehe

It all depends on how MUCH it is making you irate vs. whether or not you all have fun hanging out... My inclination would be to request her departure in order to save the friendship... after she gets herself in line then coming over to visit and having a fun night watching movies, laughing etc!! Cheers!!
