Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck. Fuck.
Those bastards at Suzuki tried to pull one over on me. I'd been driving the car for a week and took it in for the detailing they scheduled me for and they happened to have some paperwork that they needed me to go over. They said the deal didn't go through and had to change the payments/interest rate. $60 more! Plus a 16.something interest rate! I have a fucking 640 credit score, which is not perfect but not bad by any rate. Fuck them, I know there was negative equity in the car but that is ridiculous, I'd end up paying like $30,000 for a $15,000 base model Suzuki! Fuck that. I told them to get my Jetta and they could keep the stupid car. You know when they were telling me the original figures I told them I didn't think it was a good idea, let me take their business card and I'd think about it. Then they pulled the "if I can give it to you for this will you sign" thing and of course I wanted to get rid of my car so I said yes. I signed all the paperwork, contract was done, got the keys and drove off for a whole week. Then they want to change things? Shouldn't they get acceptance from the bank before they agree to a contract? They should have to eat it themselves then right? Anyways they are eating it now because I put 500 miles on the Reno already and I don't believe they can sell it as new anymore So I have my Jetta back and I'll be keeping it until I can catch up with the negative equity and then try trading it in again, not for a few years though. It really is a nice car though and has a lot of things the Suzuki didn't, plus the ride is %100 better in the VW. If anything I might try to refinance it solely under my name later on and just keep it. Fuck all car salesmen in the ass bloody. With a knife.
Also I got a certified letter from my bank which scared the shit out of me. It was a collection notice for the condo mortgage, the condo that is now in complete possession of my ex-wife. Was in complete possession I should say as it's being foreclosed upon. The letter was made out to me so I was a bit scared since I'm not supposed to be on that loan and foreclosures have a nasty effect on your credit, turns out they only sent me the letter because I was on the deed and I'm in the clear. Sucks for her though Not much I can do to help though as my current financial situation is rather shite as well. This divorce has fucked everything. Sometimes it seems as though I'll never manage to get ahead again.
