Ran this morning. Is much easier in the morning when I'm still half asleep, I don't really notice it as much. I tend to wake up back on my doorstep in a certain amount of pain wondering how I got there.
Ran again after work, was hard tonight, don't think I ate enough carbs during the day, only stopping when I have to cross the road though now.
Ate - 2 boiled eggs on wholegrain/nut/seed type bread (no butter or salt), banana, strawbeery and soya milk smoothie, tuna salad and now having scampi and mushy peas (in an effort to kick the chipshop craving).
And I'm feeling remarkably happy. I mean I pretty much generally feel happy but this is even better. I'm all good at work and shit, not stressed, quite chuffed with myself, loads more energy, that sort of thing.
This health thing starts quite nastily but the benefits do seem to come quickly.

Running? On a morning? That's bloody dedication, that is. I struggle to walk to the train station
