Ok the weekend was fucking mad so I cocked up a bit:
Friday - Didn't go running in the morning because my legs were still sore. Ate chinese for lunch and then me and the ladies took mum out to the Greekplacethatdoesthenicemeatballs for tea. Only had half a glass of wine though. Yeah I did, I'm a smug bitch.
Saturday - Got up and had peanut butter on toast, then went to tap class, bought fishies since the swordtail has pretty much seen off the rest of the kids. Got him 2 ladies to bother instead. He keeps wanking over them. It's most disconcerting. Then went home and did a quick change before off to Manchester for a night with some very interesting people. Had to have a kebab on the way else me and Carlos were going to kill each other. Grilled meat though, lots of salad. Can be all bad can it? No booze again.
Sunday - Poached eggs for breakfast and vegan roast dinner in town for lunch. I've had it every Sunday for weeks, the hippies put crack in it. God damn I want it now. Then to the movies to watch The Science of Sleep. Worth a punt and great at the beginning. One of the characters gets mightily fucking irritating at the end though.
Had 1 bottle of beer in Korova before walking round to prove that the big mad lights that I had taken a picture of whilst moving the car were not a figment of my imagination captured in a spooky way by my camera phone. I wish they had been, that would have been great. Being able to take photos of what you can see in your brain.
Went home and had a bit of chilli vegetable wholewheat pasta for tea. Too late and too tired to run so burnt off a lot of calories "indoors".
Monday - Got up and ran round the block again with LittleBleeder giving me some encouragement. Didn't get half as many power lunges as I was promised though.
Had 1 piece of toast with peanut butter, had sweet chilli chicken salad for lunch, some blueberries and finished off the pasta for tea. Went to see Nine Inch Nails and had a grand time, very foggy though. Methinks old Trent doesn't want anyone to see his fine lines.
Had 4 pints and some Malteser munchies......it was an accident.
Today! - Bloody knackered this morning so chose the snooze button over the run. Toast for breakfast, Fritatta, salad, pineapple and a nana during the day, kebab for tea (but again grilled with lots of salad and only chilli sauce) could have been worse, I worked 11 hours and was really fucked off and hungry so really it was going to be between kebab or chips and choc ice. The kebab was practically a compromise!
Running tomorrow and yet another long day, I got about 2 weeks of this, I don't like them apples.
