spring break, woo!
It's a much needed break that I will waste away, I'm sure. I've actually got homework over the break, which is silly.
I'm also flat broke which is a shame. All I really want to do is buy groceries. *note to self* "stop getting cookbooks out of the library!!"
Started going to the gym. This better work to my advantage. Yoga tomorrow though, so that's good.
I'm not a fan of updating lately because I'm a very boring person lately. Sorry folks.
So a game . . . play if you like.
Pick the first five songs on shuffle, give me a memory . . . (from the song, or the album)
This Bouquet-Ani Difranco
I associate this album (not a pretty girl) with winter, because I got it for christmas, but mostly with spring during high school because it's such a pretty spring song. I remember my friend trying to throw this out at a ninth grade summer par-tay because he thought ani was teh lame. He's since matured, but only barely.
Ever-Emilie Autumn
Fall 04. I downloaded this album (enchant) one coffee fueled night my parents were out of town and just kept playing it over and over. That was a good fall I think.
Zero-Smashing Pumpkins
Suddenly I'm thirteen again and oh-so-very-angsty. Oh SP you were my first obsession. ♥
Temporary Trip-Mighty Mighty Bosstones
Summer 01. I saw them for free in concert after loving them for 3-4 years. It was summer, outdoors, and I got the cd booklet signed and Dicky Barrett called me cute. All-in-all a winning day.
For Me This is Heaven-Jimmy Eat World
Lupos. November 04. This song starts and the disco ball is lit up; it was pretty amazing.
That's all I've got.
messy watermelon kisses,
perdita
Perdita's Peculiar Particular: I'm very stubborn and prefer coming to things on my own terms. You like something? That's cool. I'll probably like it more, if at all, if I find out about it on my own. Then it's mine, moreso than if someone introduced it to me entirely.
