I'm in Vegas for the holiday and I was having an okay time until i got a call from a coworker letting me know I'm in trouble at work.
Sunday Night (Monday) I took a break with that lasted about an hour and a half (Its supposed to be 30 minutes) and the poker server girl who watched the bar for me was really upset when I came back. Apparently she complained and now they're investigating what took so long. They're checking the cameras...What they're gunna see is me leaving to break with my Supervisor and sitting with him in team dining for about an hour and then with him in the smoking room for another half an hour.
Yikes. So, he might get into trouble and I know i'm gunna be in trouble.
I'm just worried about how MUCH trouble. I've never had any formal warnings or write up in my nearly 11 months working there. This is my first offense right? Technically it is stealing time from the company so I'm kind of scared about that. I'm hoping they wont be checking the cameras for the past couple months because...well lets just say its not the first time i've taken a longer break than I should have. But every time i've been with my supervisor. Not that its going to help my case. They might go harder on me because of it. I just don't wanna get fired! We are union but stealing is punishable... What do you guys think?

Yikes. So, he might get into trouble and I know i'm gunna be in trouble.
