I have spent today working at St Johns with people at the end of there lives or who are so fucked up that the person they where is already dead. It breaks your fucking heart.

Everyone you have ever loved, hated, meet or heard about is going to die
This will all happen sooner than you think and even if you spent every hour of every day trying to express the love you have got for the people you care about you will still regret that you didnt have more time. So seeing as you will instead spend most of your life working, shopping and watching TV you are already pretty fucked. The only thing that matters is the people around you, the faces that make up your world. For fucks sake let them know.
Sorry to bring you down. But as I say call your mum or your Nan or your granddad, anyone that matters let them know because trite as it may sound the clock is fucking ticking and you have less time than you think.
