Even if no one pays attention to this, its cool. just fancied posting it somewhere other than Facebook.
I've been doing Wrestling training for 1 month and half now, and this week I've started to notice that my arms are starting to finally get toned and i can feel the muscles starting to be more defined. Its awesome. And I'm sure that if i was to start getting to a gym and working out more often, the change would occur so much faster.
Saying that though, I start my new job on Thursday hopefully. Already been pushed back twice in the last fortnight. And because its Labouring, I'm no doubt going to be losing a fair bit of weight and gaining muscle. I'm looking forward to being fitter, healthier, and out of debt.
