Not too much going on around here these days. Just getting things straight at the new house. This weekend we have to get the rest of the chica's stuff in here. That's going to be quite the chore, but it needs to be done this weekend bc she needs to be out of there by the end of the month. Hopefully in two or three weeks we'll have everything in place at the house and everything finally moved in.

It's her birthday on Sunday, so I have to do something for her this weekend. We don't really take holidays or birthdays too serious - we both know we don't have a lot of money. My birthday is next Wednesday too, but I don't have anything planned. I should be working bc i need the money, but my dumbass requested off.

I head out for Virginia next Thursday to cover the race up in Richmond next weekend. I'll get to see my aunt and stay with her, which is good bc I won't have to sleep in the car.

I am in the process of fixing my VW now. I had a guy come look at it yesterday and it doesn't seem as bad as I originally thought. If I can get that thing running that would save me so much money on gas. Going from a V-8 Bronco that guzzles gas to a '72 Beetle will be pretty kick ass and I can't wait.
