Doing piercings like this to myself is easy. Things like when I got my nipples pierced, THAT gets left to someone else.
I'm also thinking about getting an Apadravya within the next year to go with my Prince Albert; IF I do that then I will definitely not be doing it myself.
And yes, piercing others is fun too

I prefer bare when I'm actually having a normal sex life .....and I let it grow when I'm not. When I'm actually being sexual, it's more sensitive and responsive to be bare. When I'm not ... I enjoy the warmth, comfort, and natural appeal of a bit of fur. I rest my hand there....I'll play in the hairs....any number of things. Being pierced, it's a nice "break" from waxing and such.
