This blog is one of the most difficult, but at the same time fun, it's a bit challenging.
I guess I could say that what I am best at is enjoying life...
That would be too general so I will name something in life that I really enjoy a lot and over time I have managed to learn and develop my skills.
***Art theraphy***
Art therapy is a tool, in which I have been able to develop myself with the different artistic skills that I have learned throughout my life, from hula hoop, drawing, crafts and yoga.
I consider it the best thing I know how to do in life, to help people to lose the fear of art, and to heal through it.
I lived and still live it myself, and art is a very valuable tool for the liberation of our emotions.
I like to make people explore from sitting at a table with lots of colored pencils and paper, to moving everything and discovering and activating parts of their body that they may not have known about, with yoga and hula hoops.
I also love to teach people to do nothing, as it is, there are people who live trying to fulfill the expectations of others around them, and they are not happy, sometimes it is best to sit and just breathe, and remember that we live for ourselves.
