I've never had real backpain (outside of labor) before.
Today will be day 2 of walking in intense back pain.
It took me 10 minutes to get out of bed. I'm gonna have to chow alive
all day again. Anything that has to do with using my abdomen hurts my
back with intensity. God, I want to cry. Even sitting and laying down
doesn't make it better.
Funny thing is is litteraly just happened. I didn't fall or turn or
anything. I was walking out of the shower and anya wanted me to pick her
up... But moments before I felt this increable pressure and couldn't
lift her for a good while.
Fuck.
