So my wife tried the reverse cowgirl for the first time the other night and appearntly she really liked it. So this morning was cold and we woke up a litttle early , and I was already poking her in the back with morning wood. So I could tell she hoping I wasnt going to just fall back to sleep so I told her "saddle up cowgirl" and so after she assured the readiness of the saddle she hopped aboard and well lets just say she left for work with a big smile on her face...

On another note, I came home from work last night and, I pull into the driveway and what do I see sticking out of the grass in the front yard? Ok Ill tell you

so appearntly I was right when I suspected the owners bullshit story last week about having these guys come over and inspect the property for termites when in fact they were actually a group of appraisers and contractors. I heard the talking outside after they walked through all the units and I could tell they were not talking about termites. So as suspected we will be moving. Fortunatly its coming into the winter season so the rent will be lower around here because we live by the beach and its way higher in summer, plus there should be alot of places becoming available, infact ive already seen a few. The thing that sucks is our rent is really really cheap for where we live and this will for sure mean a big hike up in the rent department.
Oh well....... who knows how long it will take her to sell and it also means we dont need to be so worried about making sure rent is on time and all that .

Lastly its been storming like a muther fucker here and all the local mountains got a ton of snow, and a few people from work are going up this morning to snowboard, I am so bummed I havent been in so long. I have a brand new board ive only used once and some new step in bindings and boots i got last year and I havent even tried them yet..
oh well
